Non Evidential Language Interpreter Volunteer


Volunteers with language skills will help either in translations of documents or meetings held with the community. This will involve translations of non-evidential items and language support at meetings.
  • Facilitate the translation of non-evidential documents.
  • Facilitate with translation at meetings involving persons who struggle to understand spoken or written English.

Skills Required

The ability to speak to people on the telephone and communicate face to face in a professional and confident manner. You will also need the ability to translate to and from English in your particular language.


All divisional police stations.
