Belper residents can help set policing priorities

Posted on 8th March 2013

Residents in Belper can raise any concerns they have in their neighbourhood and help set policing priorities at a meeting next week.

Safer Neighbourhood meetings are held every few months, and bring together the police, local councils and other agencies to work on addressing the issues that matter the most to the local community.

The next one takes place at 7pm on Monday, March 18 at The Royal British Legion on Strutt Street, Belper.

There will also be a chance to meet officers from the Belper Safer Neighbourhood policing team and to get an update on what they have been targeting during previous months.

If you have a concern you would like to raise and cannot attend the meeting or would like more information, contact the team by calling 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police, or by emailing belper.neighbourhoods@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk.|
