Safer Neighbourhood Team Sergeants

I am Sergeant 2019 Andrew Phillips and I'm responsible for this Safer Neighbourhoods Team.

Our priorities this year are to reduce anti-social behaviour - in partnership with other agencies - and to reduce criminal damage in the area. I have been responsible for this area as sergeant for the last four years, and during this time we have reduced crime considerably - in particular damage.

I have been an officer since 1987, and have served with Derbyshire Constabulary since 1996. This has been in Amber Valley, Derby and also in the Operations Room.

Safer Neighbourhood Meetings

Safer Neighbourhood meetings give you the opportunity to set the agenda in your area and help implement lasting solutions.
