Images released of two men police want to speak in connection with a theft at a Hilcote pub

Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to connection with an incident where cash was stolen from a purse at a pub in Hilcote.

The incident happened at around 7.35pm on Tuesday, February 4 at the Hilcote Arms on New Lane.

Two men went into the pub, and they entered separate rooms. One man ordered a drink, and the other called the person who was serving over to the other room.

A short time afterwards both men left and it was discovered that cash had been stolen from a purse which had been behind the bar.
