Police appeal after car is damaged on a residential street in Heanor

Police are appealing for information after a car parked on a residential street in Heanor has been damaged.

The silver BMW 3 series was outside a property on Claramount Road when offenders pulled back and twisted the passenger side front windscreen wiper, causing damage.

The incident took place between 10pm on Friday, June 12 and 7.15am on Saturday, June 13.

The car has been targeted previously by vandals.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact PCSO Courtney Chetwyn from the Heanor and Loscoe Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101, quoting crime number 24763/15.
