Anti-social behaviour in Ripley Town Centre and the surrounding areas

Issue was set on 07/02/2015
Actions to be taken are as follows:
  • The Ripley Town Centre Safer Neighbourhood Team to carry out increased patrols in the area to help to deter anti-social behaviour (ASB).
  • Officers to visit local schools to speak to pupils about anti-social behaviour and the affect that it may have on others to help deter future incidents.
  • Individuals found to be acting in an anti-social manner to be given words of advice, warning letters issued where appropriate and Acceptable Behaviour Contracts to be set up where necessary.
  • The team will work with partner agencies to consider setting up alternative activities for youngsters in the area.
