Police appeal after prescription drugs stolen from pharmacy in Brimington

Police are appealing for information after a quantity of prescription drugs have been stolen from a pharmacy in Brimington.

Offenders used a sledge hammer and a crow bar to smash a front door window and gain entry to the Numark Pharmacy on Church Street, before taking the drugs from a medication counter inside.

The incident happened sometime between 2.30am and 2.45am on Friday, 19 June.

Anyone who takes prescription drugs that are not prescribed to them can put themselves at risk.
