Man charged following incident at Chesterfield surgery

A 30-year-old man has been charged by police in connection with an incident at a surgery in Chesterfield.

At around 3pm, on Monday, October 20, police were called to the Grange Family Health Centre on Stubbing Road, Chesterfield after a man was suspected of being in possession of a knife.

Upon attendance, police arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of having a sharply bladed article in a public place.

Callum Bostock, of no fixed abode, has been charged with being in possession of a bladed article in a public place. He is due to appear at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 28.
