Appeal after four boys are allegedly racially abused in Chesterfield

We are appealing for information after four boys were allegedly racially abused in Newbold, Chesterfield.

It happened between 12.30pm and 1pm on Sunday, April 2. The boys were playing football on Highfield park, off Highfield Lane when a man approached them and shouted racial abuse.

The man is described as being white, around 6ft tall with long grey hair. He had been wearing a green coat and baggy trousers. He had been with a black greyhound type dog.

Police believe the man may live in the Newbold area.
