Have you noticed any football boots like these offered for sale? They could have been stolen

Ten pairs of brand new Adidas football boots have been stolen from the garage of a young GB athlete living in the Chesterfield area.

The boots had been delivered by mistake to the home of GB hurdler Alicia Barrett, and instead of taking them back, Adidas agreed for them to be donated to a good cause.

They were being stored in a garage, waiting to be delivered to a school in an under privileged area, but were stolen sometime between Sunday, February 26 and Monday, February 27.

Nine out of the ten pairs came in boxes and they look like they are a lime green or bright yellow colour.

If you have noticed or been offered a pair of boots like these for sale, in possibly suspicious circumstances, or have any information, please contact PC Dean Cutts on 101, quoting reference 17*89255.
