A man and two teenaged boys charged with possession with intent to supply drugs following a warrant in Chesterfield

One man and two teenaged boys have been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin following a search at a flat in Grangewood, Chesterfield.

Officers carried out the warrant at Birchwood Crescent on Thursday, March 2.

Three people, A 19 year old and two 17 year olds, who were at the address were also searched and officers found drugs and cash.

They were all arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class a drugs, and later charged. All three appeared before magistrates in Chesterfield on Friday, March 3.

Ruben Commons, 19, of no fixed address but from the Nottingham area, pleaded guilty and was committed to Derby Crown Court for sentencing later this month.

A 17 year old boy from Derby and a 17 year old boy from Nottingham are also due to appear before the youth courts later this month.
