Hathersage police appeal for information following theft from van

Police are appealing for information after power tools were stolen from a van in Grindleford.

Between 12noon and 1.30pm on Thursday, October 2, offenders approached an unattended vehicle and stole two coloured Stihl chainsaws and a leaf blower from within.

The Toyota Dyna flat-bed van was parked outside a property on Grindleford Road, Calver.

Anyone with any information or who may have been offered to buy items matching those in the incident is asked to contact PCSO Anthony Boswell on 101 quoting crime reference 41654/14.
