Information appeal following suspicious incident in Bradwell

Officers from the Hathersage Safer Neighbourhood Team are appealing for information following a suspicious incident along Gore Lane in Bradwell.

At around 5.50pm on Monday, February 23, an 11-year-old boy was walking his dog when a man in a grey coloured vehicle pulled alongside him and offered him a lift home.

The boy declined and continued to walk home.

The man in the vehicle was described as white, aged in his forties, with blonde curly hair and stubble on his face. He was believed to be wearing cycling style clothing which were black and blue in colour.

Officers from the Hathersage Safer Neighbourhood Team are reassuring residents following the incident and are asking them to continue to reinforce the message around children and strangers.
