Appeal after pubs in Derbyshire Dales are targeted by thieves

Posted on 10th March 2017

We are appealing for information after Derbyshire Dales pubs were targeted by thieves earlier this week.

Overnight between 10.30pm on Tuesday, March 7 and 9.30am the following morning, offenders smashed a ground floor window of the Nags Head on Main Road in Hulland Ward.

They climbed inside and stole cash, an iPad Air 2, and a Samsung tablet from the bar.

On the same night, thieves used tools to force a rear door of the Red Lion on Main Street, Hollington. Nothing is believed to have been stolen.

Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to contact PCSO Joanne Dales on 101, quoting occurrence number 17000098349.
