Officers from Matlock and surrounding areas Safer Neighbourhood Team are inviting residents to have their say on policing priorities at the upcoming governance meeting.
The event is open to the public and will see the team updating people about issues in their neighbourhood and keeping them in the loop about crime trends, operations and campaigns.
Residents living in Matlock, Matlock Bath, Cromford, Bonsall, Darley Dale and Winster can recommend priority problems for police to focus on for the following three months.
Previous policing priorities have seen the Safer Neighbourhood team tackling anti-social behaviour, speeding and parking issues across the communities.
The next meeting will be held at Matlock police station on Bank Road, Matlock and will take place from 5.30pm on Wednesday, June 4.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues for your area contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
You can also submit your policing priority profile suggestions online by heading to your team’s page on the Derbyshire police website.
