Matlock residents are encouraged to set policing priorities for their community

Posted on 3rd July 2015

Residents in Matlock and surrounding areas are invited to join their local Safer Neighbourhood team to help set policing priorities for their area.

The team will be hosting their next Safer Neighbourhood Governance Meeting between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday, July 15.

The meeting, which will be held at Matlock Police Station on Bank Road, will give people the opportunity to set local policing priorities for their area.

People living in the Safer Neighbourhood areas of Matlock, Matlock Bath, Cromford and Bonsall, Darley Dale and Winster are invited to attend to raise any concerns for their community.

The policing team will then focus on combating the issues and will keep residents informed with their work to tackle the crimes.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
