Information appeal following damage to Matlock motorbike

Posted on 20th April 2015

Police in Matlock are appealing for information after damage was caused to a motorbike in the area.

Sometime between 10pm on Wednesday, April 15 and 3pm on Thursday, April 16, vandals used a sharp instrument to cause damage to the paintwork of a red coloured Yamaha XVS.

The damage is believed to have taken place outside a property on Lynholmes Road in Matlock.

Earlier this month, the same vehicle also suffered damage as it was pushed to the ground by offenders. Damage was caused to the cable light, the rear bike brake stand and the front driver mirror.

Officers are urging anyone with any information about either incident to get in touch.

Anyone with any information should contact PC Richard Clarke on 101, quoting crime number 15788/15, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
