Police offer security and safety advice at Buxton Library's Big Wellbeing Day

Posted on 6th October 2017

Officers from the Buxton Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team are offering safety and security advice to local residents at Buxton Library’s Wellbeing Day next week.

The event will take place between 10 am and 3.30 pm on Tuesday, October 10 at Buxton Library on Kents Bank Road.

PCSOs Rachael Blackley and Linda Cook will be at the event to offer advice on personal, home and vehicle security and speak to people about any concerns or issues.

Other organisations will also be on hand to meet residents at the event, organised by Derbyshire County Council’s library service, and there will be craft sessions, aromatherapy hand massages and blood pressure reading.

For more information about the event contact the staff at Buxton Library by dropping in or calling 01629 533460.
