Officers will be setting up shop to speak to residents about issues affecting their community.

PC Andy Crosthwaite and PCSO Karen Green from the Chapel and Chinley Safer Neighbourhood Team will be heading out on the beat to give shoppers the chance to have their say on local policing.

The team will be visiting Morrisons on Market Street in Chapel-en-le-Frith and will be hosting the surgery between 12noon and 1pm on Friday, May 2. No appointment is necessary.

The drop-in surgeries give residents the opportunity chat to their local police, raise any neighbourhood concerns with them and ask for advice about the steps that they can take to better protect themselves from crime.

The Safer Neighbourhood team host regular surgeries to listen to local residents about any issues affect their community. Visit the team’s page for upcoming events.

For more information or if there is something you would like to raise but cannot attend the surgery call 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.

Alternatively, email the team at chapel.neighbourhoods@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk
