Officers set up shop to speak to residents about policing in Chapel

Posted on 25th February 2014

Shoppers are invited to have their say on local policing issues as officers head out on the beat to host a drop-in surgery.

Officers from the Chapel and Chinley Safer Neighbourhood Team will be setting up shop at Morrisons on Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith to give local residents the opportunity to speak to the team about issues in their community.

The team will be visiting the store between 5pm and 6pm on Friday, February 28 with no appointment necessary.

The surgeries give residents the opportunity chat to their local police, raise any neighbourhood concerns with them and ask for advice around crime prevention.

For more information or if there is something you would like to raise but cannot attend the surgery call 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
