Chapel bank card theft CCTV- Apr 18

We’re releasing a CCTV image of a man we would like to trace as our officers investigate the theft of a mobile phone and bank cards from a bus in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

A woman left her Samsung phone and three bank cards on the 199 Skyline bus from Stockport in the early hours of Saturday, April 14.

She realised almost immediately after getting off the bus, which was the last service of the night, at around 12.25am near to The Packhorse pub in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

The woman called the bus company who checked the vehicle but said nothing had been found or handed in.

We’d really like to trace the man in the image as he may be able to help our inquiries.
