Fairfield officers want to hear your views on neighbourhood policing

Posted on 7th November 2014

Residents living in Fairfield are invited to help set the policing profile for their community.

Officers from the Fairfield Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting their next priority meeting on Monday, November 17, from 6pm.

The meeting, at St. Nicholas Hall, Fairfield Community Centre on Victoria Park Road, is a chance for local residents to raise concerns about crime in their area with the team.

Police will then set neighbourhood priorities to focus on for the following three months, based on feedback from the public

The current priorities for the area include residential bin dipping and theft from unattended vehicles.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
