Posted on 21st November 2013

Police are appealing for witnesses following theft from a property in Glossop.

Fence panels were taken from a house on Corn Street on the evening of Thursday, November 14.

The offenders took the panels from the property at around 9pm and it is believed that they were used to start a fire in Manor Park.

Glossop Safer Neighbourhood Team will be heading out on extra patrols in the area and will also be engaging with youngsters about the impact of anti-social behaviour on their community.

Anyone with information about the incidents should contact Derbyshire police on 101, the non-emergency number, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
