Police appeal for information after vehicles damaged in Glossop

Police are appealing for information following damage to vehicles in Glossop.

On the evening of Friday, January 31, offenders damaged the wing mirror of a red Fiat Punto parked on Princess Street, Glossop.  

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the crime, which took place at around 10.45pm, to get in touch.

Police would also like to speak to witnesses to an incident which took place sometime between 5pm on Friday, January 31 and 10am on Sunday, February 2.

Offenders stole the glass from the offside wing mirror of a silver coloured Peugeot 206 that was parked on Tredcroft Street, Glossop.

Officers are urging residents to remain vigilant and to report suspicious activity to police to help stop a crime before it happens. Residents are also being advised to put their wing mirrors in at night to help minimise damage from passing vehicles.
