Appeal after eight vehicles are damaged in Glossop during one night

We’re appealing for information after eight vehicles were damaged in one night in the Glossop area.

They were damaged sometime overnight between Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13.

The windscreen wipers were damaged to two cars and one van parked on Highview, Simmondley, three vehicles parked on Simmondley Village and one car parked on Werneth Road, Glossop.

A car parked on Turnlee Road, Simmondley had both the windscreen wipers and wing mirrors damaged.

Officers would also like to trace a teenager or young man seen in the Highview area at around 3.30am. He had been wearing a grey hooded top and was carrying a bag.
