Four interviewed in connection with hedgehogs which were killed in Glossop

Posted on 30th August 2018

Three boys and a girl have been questioned by officers in connection with two hedgehogs which were killed in Glossop.

The incident happened sometime overnight between Tuesday, August 21 and Wednesday, August 22 within the rose garden area of Manor Park, off Manor Park Road.

The children, who are aged between 14 and 16, have been voluntarily interviewed under caution and believe they have now spoken to all those who were allegedly involved in the incident.

Officers have been making enquiries and are now currently awaiting a decision around potential offences and charges.

We would like to thank members of the public who have come forward to help with our appeal.
