Hope Valley officers want to hear your views on neighbourhood policing

Posted on 8th August 2014

Residents living in the Hope Valley are invited to help set the policing profile for their community.

Officers from the Hope Valley Safer Neighbourhood Team will hold their next priority meeting on Wednesday, August 20, from 7pm.

The meeting, at Hope Dental Clinic on Eccles Close, is a chance for local residents to raise concerns about crime in their area with the team.

Police will then set neighbourhood priorities to focus on for the following three months, based on feedback from the public

The current priorities are theft from motor vehicles and speeding through Castleton, Hope and Bamford.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
