Hope Valley residents have the chance to help set policing priorities

Posted on 10th November 2017

Our Safer Neighbourhood officers in the Hope Valley are inviting local residents to attend the governance meeting to help set policing priorities for their area.

Officers from the Hope Valley Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team are holding their next meeting at Hope Dental Clinic on Eccles Close, Hope, at 10am on Wednesday, November 15.

The Safer Neighbourhood governance meetings give people the chance to set priorities for the team to target during the next few months around community issues.

Residents will have the chance to chat to the team, get crime prevention advice and put forward any concerns that they may have for their area.

There will also be an input by PC Graham Mason about scams and how to be alert to them.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but have an issue you would like to raise you can contact the Hope Valley Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team by calling 101, or send them a message online through the My Local Police pages of the website, by clicking here.

You can also follow the team on Twitter: @HopeValleySNT.
