Man charged in connection with Bolsover lead thefts

Police investigating a number of lead thefts in Bolsover have charged a man in connection with the incidents.

Over the last few weeks, officers have received a number of reports from residents living in the Moor Lane area of Bolsover, Chesterfield, whereby lead was stolen from the roofs of their properties.

Richard Kay (24) of New Street, Bolsover has been charged with four counts of handling stolen property. He was due to appear before Magistrates in Chesterfield on Tuesday, March 17.
