Creswell Safer Neighbourhood officers want to hear your views on neighbourhood policing

Posted on 10th February 2015

Residents living in the Safer Neighbourhood area of Creswell are being invited to help set the policing priorities for their community.

PC Martyn Whyte and PCSO Matt Wardle from the Creswell Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting the next Community Panel Meeting from 2.30pm on Monday, February 16.

The meeting, which is set to take place at the Creswell Police Office on Elmton Road, is a chance for local residents to raise concerns about crime in their area with the team.

Police will then set neighbourhood priorities to focus on for the following three months, based on feedback from the public.

The current priority sees officers tackling anti-social behaviour on Hazelby Road, Creswell.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
