Residents living in Shirebrook and Scarcliffe are being invited to discuss any neighbourhood issues or concerns with their local Safer Neighbourhood team.
Safer Neighbourhood officers will be hosting a Community Panel Meeting to give residents the opportunity to help set policing priorities for their community.
Officers will listen to issues that matter most to residents and then use this feedback to set the next set of priorities.
This will run from 7pm on Tuesday, February 10 at the Whaley Thorns and Langwith Village Hall on Portland Road.
Current policing priorities in Shirebrook see the team heading out on the beat to tackle underage sale of alcohol, along with anti-social behaviour around the Model Village and Pear Tree Estate areas.
Tackling anti-social behaviour and deliberate fires are the current neighbourhood priorities for the Scarcliffe area.
