Sgt. Dave Harrison, of the Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire community safety partnerships, said: "We’re pleased to be able to offer these Extreme Wheels Roadshows for young people in Staveley, Poolsbrook and Tupton during April. They will bring a wide variety of activities to the area, and we hope there will be something to interest everyone.

“It will help provide youngsters with something to do, and an alternative to being out on the streets while perhaps trying new sports or learning new skills. In turn this could help us prevent reports of nuisance behaviour in those areas as the evenings start to get lighter, and I would like to thank all those agencies who have provided funding to support the events.”

Indoor Extreme Wheels Roadshows have been taking place at Loundsley Green Community Centre during March.
