Appeal after alleged indecent exposure in Derby

Police are appealing for information after a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman in Alvaston.

The woman was walking along the canal path near Allestree Street at around 4.10pm on Tuesday, September 9 when she noticed a man hanging around the bushes on the path.

As she passed him, he jumped out onto the path and exposed himself to her.

She walked past him as quickly as possible with her one-year-old son before contacting the police.

The man is described as white, around 6ft tall and of broad build. He is approximately 20 years of age and was wearing a black hoody with the hood worn up and blue jeans with a G Star on the back.
