Police in Derby to hold crime prevention event at Allenton shops

Our police officers in Allenton are inviting residents to attend a crime prevention event this weekend. 

The event is being held at Allenton shops on Osmaston Road between 10am and 1pm this Saturday, December 9. 

Officers will be available to give advice on crime prevention matters and will be offering free property and bike marking along with shed alarms. 

PC Robert Smith from Cotton Lane police station, explained: “We want to help as many people as possible to try and avoid them becoming victims of crime. 

“Officers will be there to give advice and hand-out various free crime prevention items.”
