Officers from the Sinfin Safer Neighbourhood Team are inviting residents to join them for a tea or coffee to discuss policing issues.

The team is holding a ‘street-meet’ at the cafe in the Asda store, Sinfin tomorrow, Wednesday, April 18 and are inviting local residents to join them for a cuppa to discuss any issues that they feel are affecting their community.

PCSO Rob Webb the team, explained: “We always try and get out on our patch in Sinfin and meet and speak to as many people as we can. On this occasion we thought that being in a set place at a set time, people could come along and have a chat with the team about any particular policing issue they may have.

“We will even get the team and coffee in for anyone who comes and speaks to us."

The team will be at the store between 10am and 12 midday.
