Chaddesden beat team invite residents for 'Coffee with a Copper'

Officers from the Chaddesden Safer Neighbourhood Team are inviting residents to drop in for a coffee to discuss policing issues.

The teamis holding a ‘street-meet’ at the Katherine’s Gift and Coffee Shop on Chaddesden Lane on Sunday, December 11 and is inviting local residents  to come and discuss any policing issues that they feel are affecting their community.

PCSO Andy Simpson from the team explained: “This is one of a series of such events we have held around the patch that have so far proved popular. It gives people in the area the opportunity to come and have a chat with us in a more informal setting and helps us to understand better the issues people are having that we can then hopefully do something to help with.”

The team will at Katherine’s between 11am and 12 midday.
