Our officers from the Chaddesden Safer Neighbourhood Team in Derby are asking for help in tracing the owner of this motorbike.
The bike, a KTM trial bike, was seized from a group of three young people earlier this week on Tuesday, May 8 and is strongly believed to be stolen.
The three, two young men aged 16 and 22-years and a women aged 22-years, all from Chaddesden, were arrested on suspicion of handling stolen property after they were found with the bike pushing it over a bridge to Pride Park from Chaddesden.
PC Nicola Sketchley, from the team, explained: “Due to the circumstances of the arrest and the condition of the trail type motorbike, we strongly suspect that it has been stolen.
“We would therefore ask that if anyone recognises the bike to make contact with us.”
The three arrested were interviewed and have now been released pending further investigation.
