Image released of bike stolen during Spondon burglary

Police have released an image of a high value bike stolen during a burglary in Spondon as part of an appeal for information about the crime.Cube-Acid-mountain-bike-Spondon-burglary

At around 1.30am on Tuesday, July 22, neighbours were disturbed by a noise at a property on South Avenue.

The following morning, the victim discovered that thieves had gained access via the roof of his garage and stole a bike from within.

The pictured stolen bike is a Cube Acid mountain bike in blue and green with a bracket for a trailor gate attached around the seat. 

Anyone with information is asked to call Derbyshire police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting crime reference 30407/14.
