We have released an image of a distinctive pedal cycle that was stolen from outside a city centre pub in the hope that it jogs someone’s memory of having seen something suspicious.

At some time between 12.30pm and 6pm on Wednesday, February 22 the mountain bike – a black and white Carrera Kraken model – was stolen, having been locked and secured to a bike ring outside the White Horse pub on the Morledge in Derby.

The officer in the case is PC Nikita Devney, who would like anyone who thinks they may have seen something suspicious to contact her.

If you think you can help, please call her on 101 quoting reference number 17000077856.

Alternatively send her a message online by visiting the Contact Us section of our website here.
