One of our officers in the Abbey Safer Neighbourhood Team has issued CCTV images after a pedal cycle was reported stolen.

The incident happened back on Tuesday, August 29 at around 8.25pm on Farm Street, Derby, outside the Sainsbury’s shop.

The officer is now asking for the public’s help in identifying the man in the footage who he would like to speak to in relation to the theft.

PCSO Steve Sanderson, who is investigating the theft, said: “I realise that this incident happened a few months ago, however our efforts to trace the man in the CCTV have proved negative.

“We would like to talk to him about the alleged theft and would ask that if anyone recognises him that they contact me.”

If you think you can help Steve, please contact him on 101 quoting reference number 17000370502.

Alternatively send him a message online by visiting the Contact Us section of our website HERE.
