Local woman returns to patrol the streets of Derby suburbs as new Police Community Support Officer

Our Littleover and Blagreaves Safer Neighbourhood Team has a new officer in its ranks. 

Local woman, 22-year-old, Dhaya Dulku, has returned to Derby from university in Sheffield to join the team and patrol the areas of Austin and Blagreaves. 

Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Dulku started her training with Derbyshire Constabulary in November last year and has now joined the team based at Littleover police office on Gayton Avenue. 

Dhaya, said: “I joined the team here at Littleover last month and I am really enjoying my new role. 

“The team are lovely and so hard working. I have already been out and about on patrol with my tutor PCSO Quinby and it’s been great to start meeting the community and getting an understanding of some of their worries and concerns.”
