Mickleover Rings

One of our Safer Neighbourhood officers has issued a picture of two wedding rings that were found in Mickleover, in the hope that they can be re-united with their owner.

The gold coloured rings were found by a member of the public on Onslow Road in the village on Thursday, April 26, in a grey coloured pouch with the word ‘Timex’.

There was another engagement type ring with the two wedding rings but we have withheld details of this item for any potential owner to be able to describe to us, as there are no other distinguishing marks.

PCSO ‘Betsy’ Mitchell, from the Mackworth Safer Neighbourhood Team, is trying to trace the owner and said: “The rings were handed in at Mackworth library by a member of the public.

“They are clearly going to have sentimental value to the owner and so we are keen to hear from anyone who thinks they know who they belong to.”

If you think you know who the owner of the rings is please make contact with Betsy on 101 quoting reference number 18*196965.
