Our officers from the Mickleover Safer Neighbourhood Team are once again inviting residents to join them for a ‘Cuppa with a Copper’.

The latest of the regular events is being held tomorrow, Wednesday, October 31 at Gilbert’s Kitchen and Deli on Uttoxeter Road in the village.

PCSO Tracy Bell, from the team, will be there and says: “ The events have proved popular and give me the opportunity to have a chat with residents to understand their concerns.

“Given the time of year I am sure I will get some questions about keeping and feeling safe on Halloween and bonfire night. I will have some leaflets to give out ‘No Trick or Treat’ leaflets and will be happy to give any other crime prevention advice.”

Tracy will be at Gilbert’s between 10am and 11.30am.

If you would like to speak to the team but are unable to make tomorrow’s event contact them using one of the following non-emergency contact methods.

You can also print-off our Halloween and bonfire night advice leaflets above.
