Police are appealing for information after a number of residents have raised the issue of graffiti around Rosehill and Sinfin.Grafitti-tag

A specific graffiti tag (pictured) has been reported to be found on BT boxes, phone boxes, bins and road signs.

PCSO Ruth Barker of the Rosehill Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Most recently we have received complaints of criminal damage where this particular graffiti tag has been sprayed on a number of garages in the area.

“We will be increasing patrols and any person that is caught with items that can be used to deface buildings or caught in the act will be dealt with accordingly.”

Anyone with any information about the graffiti should call PCSO Barker or PCSO Cox on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.Grafitti-tag-Rosehill-Sinfin
