Actions to be taken are as follows:
  • High-visibility patrols in the area
  • Utilising powers to issue dispersal notices to those causing ASB and to send letters to parents informing them of their child’s behaviour
  • Utilising CPNW/CPN to target persistent offenders.
  • Use of section 34 dispersal powers.
  • Utilising powers under Section 59 Police Reform Act 2002 to issue warnings and seize vehicles involved in incidents of ASB
  • Working in partnership with specialist Police units such as Traffic and Dog section (Operations Division)
