Five new faces join D Division's Safer Neighbourhood Policing Teams

Posted on 24th November 2014

D Division welcomed five new PCSOs as they joined their respective Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team during the month of November.

Residents in Spondon, Kirk Hallam Fields, Littleover, Sinfin and the city centre will now be seeing a new police community support officer patrolling in their neighbourhood.

Amongst the new recruits, a variety of experience and knowledge comes from working in law, for East Midlands Ambulance Service and studying public sector services at college.

James Bennett, is based with the Spondon team.

James Tomlinson has joined the city centre team.

Shevani Raichura works from Littleover.

Robert Stanesby will cover the  Kirk Hallam Fields area.

Thomas Langley works alongside the Sinfin and Osmaston team.

The officers are currently being tutored by a member of their respective team and really look forward to linking in with their local community and hopefully making a difference to any concerns their neighbourhood may have.
