Police in Swadlincote appeal for information after theft of wildlife cameras

Our officers in Church Gresley, Swadlincote are appealing for information after the theft of four wildlife cameras. 

The cameras had been placed in a piece of land off Church Street and were taken overnight Monday, July 24 and Tuesday, July 25. 

The incident is being dealt with by PCSO Claire Statham from the Gresley, Woodville and Swadlincote Safer Neighbourhood Team. 

Claire said: “We would ask if anyone saw anything suspicious that night or has been offered this type of camera for sale that they make contact with us.” 

The stolen cameras (pictured) are an Apeman Trail wildlife make.
