Police are appealing for information following graffiti damage in the Swadlincote area.

Four different graffiti tags were sprayed on to fencing in the Hall Farm Road area sometime between Wednesday April 23 and Monday, April 28.

PC Louise Durham said: "We are appealing to the public in the hope that someone may know who is responsible for this damage.

“If anyone has any information about the incident or recognises the tag signs used in the graffiti please contact us."

It is believed the paint was stolen in a burglary from an address on Hall Farm Road, also sometime between Wednesday, April 23 and Monday, April 28.

Anyone with any information relating to this incident is asked to contact PC Durham on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police quoting crime reference number 17655/14.
