The Leadership award winner was Sergeant Paul Stevenson from Amber Valley section. Paul personifies all the characteristics of an exceptional leader: challenging, inspirational and admired by all. He is there to support his team at difficult times and he has rightly been used as an example to others as to how someone can work within the processes we have and deliver results.
