Suspected cannabis plants found at a Staveley house

Police have arrested a man on suspicion of producing cannabis.
Officers executed a warrant at a house in Lowgates, Staveley, on the morning of Wednesday, May 30 and found around 40 suspected cannabis plants growing in the cellar.
They arrested a 24-year-old man, questioned him and released him on bail pending further inquiries.
The warrant was organised following information passed to officers on the Staveley Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team.
